Aircraft maker set to build massive plant
SEREMBAN: One of the world’s leading commercial aircraft manufacturers has agreed to invest several billion ringgit to build a facility producing aircraft components here.
Revealing this, Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan said the plant will be built in Sendayan, some 22km from here.
“Discussions between both parties are already at the advanced stage and the company has even paid an earnest deposit for the parcel of land.
“We hope to make an announcement soon,” he said, adding that he was not at liberty to divulge more.
