What do you think of ‘Janji Ditepati’?
PETALING JAYA: The public has been asked to give their opinions on the new Merdeka Day song Janji Ditepati, which has received over 140,000 views on YouTube since it was uploaded on July 27.
Using his Twitter handle @DrRaisYatim, Information, Communications and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim has asked for opinions on his Twitter page.
“What do you think about the song Janji Ditepati? It has reached more than 140,000 (views) on YouTube,” said Dr Rais.
While his post has not yet received any response, Twitter users have been expressing their opinions on the song using the hashtag #janjiDitepati over the past week.
Several users have also uploaded videos of the song on YouTube, with one garnering more than 170,000 views.
The song, written by Rais himself, also features a rap interlude on recent policies like the Kedai 1Malaysia and Bantuan Rakyat 1Malaysia.
The melody of the song was written by Aye, Jasnie and Arman E six.
