Additional KTM Komuter services for Merdeka
KUALA LUMPUR: KTM Komuter services have been extended for Thursday and Friday to assist people attending the Merdeka eve celebrations at Dataran Merdeka and the "Promises Fulfilled" gathering at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium.
In a statement here Wednesday, Keretapi Tanah Melayu Bhd (KTMB) said the additional train services for the Kuala Lumpur-Port Klang, Kuala Lumpur-Sungai Gadut and Kuala Lumpur-Rawang routes would leave simultaneously at 12.30am and 1.30am on Thursday.
As for Friday, the Kuala Lumpur-Port Klang train would leave at 12.04am and 1.04am, Kuala Lumpur-Sungai Gadut at 11.53pm and 12.23am, and Bandar Tasik Selatan-Rawang at 12.15am and 12.45am.
Passenger are advised to buy return tickets to prevent congestion at counters.
