Stall trader gets seven days jail for molesting neighbour

PETALING JAYA: A food stall trader was sentenced to seven days jail, Friday, after being found guilty of having oral sex with a housewife without her consent.
Ibrahim Mohd, 63, was convicted for committing the offence on his 49-year-old neighbour without her consent.
The offence occurred at the victims home in Jalan Kelang Lama here at about 1.30pm on September 27 last year.
He was charged under section 377b of the Penal Code.
Ibrahim was represented by lawyer Esther Tan while DPP Ching Kian Chun prosecuted.
Sessions Judge Suraiya Mustafa Kamal took Ibrahim's age and health problems into account, and sentenced him to seven days prison.
