PR1MA online registration system up by year end

PETALING JAYA: PR1MA is developing an online registration system expected to be launched end of this year, said PR1MA CEO Datuk Abdul Mutalib Alias here on Monday.
Eligible house buyers, those with a household income of between RM3,000 and RM7,500 can apply for the affordable homes here.
The system will also be used by PR1MA to estimate the demand for affordable homes in each state.
The company is also looking at compiling a "reserve list", to inform potential house buyers whenever a house becomes vacant, he said.
Housebuyers are bound by a ten year moratorium on the houses they purchase.
