Police looking for three men over rape of 15-year-old girl

TAPAH: Police are looking for three men who allegedly raped a 15-year-old girl they befriended through the short messaging service (SMS) in a house in Kampung Muhibbah Batu 3 here.
Tapah OCPD Supt Somsak Din Keliau said the schoolgirl was taken out to dinner on Sept 3 by one of the men, whom she got to know through the SMS three days earlier.
Instead of sending her home after dinner, the man picked up his two friends and made their way to the house in the village, Supt Somsak told reporters here.
"The men took turns to rape her in the house belonging to one of the men," he added.
Supt Somsak said the victim managed to escape and contacted the police at about 2.42am on the next day.
The victim has undergone a medical check-up, he said.
Supt Somsak said police have identified two suspects and urged the public to come forward with any information of their whereabouts.
Police are looking for Mohd Shahril Kamaruddin, 23, (last known address at Kampung Rebai, Jalan Pahang) and mechanic Musa Shaharum, 38, (Kampung Bermin, Jalan Pahang) to assist in the case.
