Suspected wire thief falls to death from school building
KOTA TINGGI: A suspected wire thief was found dead at Sekolah Kebangsaan Tun Dr Syed Nasir, Felda Pasak, here on Tuesday, apparently having fallen from a three-storey building of the school.
Kota Tinggi Police chief Supt Che Mahazan Che Aik said Tuesday the school gardener found the body of the man, who is believed to have gone there to steal copper wire.
"Police found a wire cutter, three rolls of copper wire as well as a motorcycle believed to be the man's not far from where the body was found," he said.
The body was sent to the Kota Tinggi Hospital.
School headmaster Tugi Wagiman said he was informed about the body at 7.15am by the gardener and he rushed to the school. - Bernama
