Indian troops kill Pakistani soldier in Kashmir - Pakistan army

ISLAMABAD (Reuters) - Indian troops killed a Pakistani soldier in the disputed territory of Kashmir late on Tuesday, the Pakistani army said.

The soldier was killed at a position called Kundi during firing from the Indian side that began at 10 p.m. local time, Pakistan's army said in a statement.

He was the fifth soldier reported killed in Kashmir in recent weeks but politicians on both sides have said the skirmishes should not derail a bilateral peace process.
