Netizens offer comfort and sympathy to William’s parents
PETALING JAYA: Netizens have rallied around the grieving parents of William Yau Zhen Zhong with words of comfort and sympathy.
The Facebook page of William's mother Goh Ying Ying was flooded with condolences.
“No matter what the answer is, you must be strong! Because you have two children to look after. They also need their mother's love,” Facebook user Pegsy Lee posted.
Yuki Yu wrote: “You must stay strong no matter what happens we will stand beside you.”
Facebook user Emily Pua said she understood the parents' grief and told them not to pay heed to negative comments.
“Do not blame yourselves, this is something nobody wanted. Don't be too concerned with those who do not understand. Zhen Zhong is in a better place now,” she said.
Twitter users also offered their sympathy and prayers to the bereaved family.
@aaronparan said, “I pray that God grant peace to the family of William Yau. Regardless of where he may be, the Lord is always by him.”
Radio personality JJ Fernandez tweeted, “This is very sad news. May God give his family strength.”
Other Netizens demanded justice for William and his family. “Those sick-minded people who heartlessly did that to an innocent child should suffer,” said Twitter user Arra Jeng.
