Zarina Anjoulie bailed out by stepsister
PETALING JAYA: Actress and model Zarina Anjoulie Mohamad Fahizul was released after her stepsister posted bail.
She was released at around 10am yesterday by a magistrate’s court here, and her case will be re-mentioned on Feb 8.
The 27-year-old accused had been in remand for two days at Kajang Prison as her family had failed to post bail after she was charged and claimed trial in court on Wednesday with possession of two Erimin 5 pills weighing 0.6gm.
She allegedly committed the offence with private college student Mohamad Fakhruzaim Mohamad Fawzi, 27, at a housing unit in Damansara Damai at 5.30pm on Dec 30.
Magistrate Nazri Omran had allowed bail of RM2,000 each solely by family members but only Mohamad Fakhruzaim’s family managed to post bail for him. — Bernama
