Saodah Nawawi appointed Seberang Prai Utara district officer
GEORGETOWN: Saodah Nawawi has been appointed the Seberang Prai Utara District Officer, replacing Jusni Ismail, who is now the new Seberang Prai Tengah District Officer, Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng announced Monday.
The appointments take effect immediately. Saodah was deputy director of the Lands and Mines Department.
Roslan Yahaya was the former Seberang Prai Tengah District Officer.
The reshuffle follows after an earlier report that an aide to a state leader had been arrested with two others during a Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) sting operation here.
