Star employee dies of lung failure
PETALING JAYA: The Star employee Usha Devi Krishnan (pic) has passed away due to lung failure.
She died yesterday at the Sungai Buloh Hospital.
Usha Devi, 41, joined The Star about 15 years ago as a clerical assistant with the company's Human Resources Department.
In 2006, Usha Devi was transferred to the Circulation Department and was promoted to the post of confidential secretary in 2010.
Her colleagues described her as a diligent and helpful person who was easy to work with.
Usha Devi leaves behind her husband, K. Muralidharan, 54, and three children aged 15, 12 and eight.
The funeral will be held today at No. 9, Jalan Cecawi 6/16, Section 6, Kota Damansara.
