KUALA LUMPUR: KTMB's Komuter service for the Port Klang-Batu Caves route will experience slight disruption Friday due to a derailment at the Shah Alam station late Thursday night.

KTMB, in a statement issued here, said the Komuter train service for the sector would operate as usual, but there would a slight delay of about five minutes.

It said the train that derailed was not carrying passengers and was on its way to the Sentul depot for maintenance.

Repair work was still in progress, it said.

For latest information, the public can contact the KTMB Customer Service Centre at 1-300-88-5862.
