IPOH: The Indian community should not feel that they have been sidelined by the government, said Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

"We don't just help the bumiputra but everyone who require our assistance, including the Indians.

"However, while the government can help, the onus is on the community to strive hard to ensure success especially if they are running a business.

"It is not easy to run a business. I know because I have been in that line before," he said when officiating the new building of the Perak Indian Chamber of Commerce.
