By DERRICK VINESH
The victim walking into the court room for the trial in Burtterworth BUTTERWORTH: An Indonesian woman told her rape trial she had sex with her boyfriend after the alleged rape by three policemen before lodging a report.
The 26-year old former factory worker from Jawa Tengah told a Sessions Court that two policemen had stopped her boyfriend's car near Pacific hypermarket in Prai at 6am on Nov 9 last year.
One of them, whom she identified as Konst Remmy Anak Dara, told her to follow him to the Prai police station as he did not accept the photocopy of her passport.
The woman said at the police station, another policeman, Kpl Nik Sin Mat Lazin, asked her if she wanted to be set free or be detained in a lock-up.
“I told him I wanted to be set free and he asked me how he could do that.
“I asked him if he needed money and he replied if I could give him a few thousand ringgit,” she said.
Kpl Nik Sin, 33, Konst Remmy, 25, and Konst Syahiran Romli, 21, have pleaded not guilty to raping the woman and forcing her to perform unnatural sex on them.
The offence allegedly took place in Room 4 of the Prai police station barracks between 6.40am and 7.30am on Nov 9, 2012. The accused have each posted bail of RM25,000.
The woman, married with a child, also testified that when Kpl Nik Sin asked if she could give him a few hundred thousand ringgit, she replied that she did not have that much money, but only had her body.
She said she was afraid and under duress at that time. She said the three accused led her to a room behind the station.
After the alleged rape, she said Konst Syahiran and Konst Remmy drove her to her boyfriend's house in Alma, Bukit Mertajam. She said Konst Remmy told her not to tell anyone about the incident.
She said that she and her boyfriend had sexual intercourse at the house before both lodged a report.
The hearing before judge Meor Sulaiman Ahmad Tarmizi continues.
