A BUSINESSWOMAN thought that she found love at a pub in Singapore, China Press reported.
The 43-year-old woman, known only as Liu, spent about RM730,000 at the pub where the 27-year-old singer from China had been performing for the past five months, it reported.
“The pub has about 30 male singers from various countries including China, Korea, Malaysia and Taiwan. They are young and handsome and the customers are mostly women,” she said.
Liu said the singer won her heart as he was handsome and caring, and she had sex with him several times.
However, her husband found out a month ago and wanted to divorce her.
“My husband wants a divorce and our 10-year marriage is going to end. I regret my actions and hope my husband can forgive me,” she said.
Liu said she found out later that the singer only wanted her money.
> A father from Taiwan has been raping his 18-year-old daughter since she was nine, reported Nanyang Siang Pau.
The father started to molest her when she was three and began raping her after he divorced his wife nine years ago.
A month ago, he proposed to his daughter after finding out that she had a boyfriend.
The daughter lodged a police report as she could no longer stand it and the father has been detained by the police.
