Najib: Transformation, not slogans and flags to bring about changes
BY MAZWIN NIK ANIS
PEKAN: The process of transformation being carried out by Barisan Nasional is the most effective and meaningful way to bring about changes in the country, said Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
The Prime Minister said there was no need for bold slogans and big flags to change the nation's landscape.
"The government's way is to carry out changes through various transformation programmes and we can see the effect of this.
"If you visit every corner of the country, including here in Kuala Pahang, you can see that real changes are taking place and the rakyat are enjoying the benefits," he said when launching the Regional Transformation Centre here, the fourth after Perak, Kelantan and Malacca.
Najib said the government still has programmes to be implemented and called on the people to give their continuous support.
