DBKL opens application to set up canopy for GE13
KUALA LUMPUR: Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has invited applications from political parties to set up canopies in the federal capital for the 13th general election (GE13) on Friday.
DBKL deputy director-general (Social-economic development) Datuk Mhd Amin Nordin Abd Aziz said applicants were required to put up a RM500 deposit for each application.
"The canopy should to be placed on the road shoulder and should not obstruct traffic," he told reporters after conducting a Task Force Visit in Taman Seri Sentosa with Federal Territories and Urban Wellbeing Minister Datuk Raja Nong Chik Raja Zainal Abidin, here.
