Security guard gets six years for raping girl for three days
KUALA LUMPUR: A security guard has been jailed six years by the Sessions Court for five counts of carnal intercourse against the order of nature and raping a 15-year-old girl for three days.
Judge Emelia Kaswati Mohamad Khalid meted out the sentence on Indragiri Muhdar, 23, after he pleaded guilty to the charges.
In her victim impact statement, the girl said that she had stopped going to school since the incident for fear that her schoolmates would tease her.
Her 45-year-old mother, a kuih seller, also spoke about her not daring to leave the house.
Emelia Kaswati ordered the sentence to run from the day Indragiri was arrested on Feb 18.
He raped the girl in a cybercafe in Jalan Kampung Pandan here at about 8pm on Feb 14.
Fifteen minutes later at the same place, Indragiri committed carnal intercourse against the order of nature by forcing the girl to perform oral sex on him.
At about 4.30pm the following day, he raped the girl again.
The fourth and fifth charges read that on Feb 16, Indragiri raped the girl at about 4pm, and 15 minutes later he raped her again at the same place.
