Papa Gomo hits back — releases video clip
PETALING JAYA: Blogger Papa Gomo has released a video clip showing a man resembling Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim having a chat with another male as a response to a RM100mil suit the politician had filed against him.
The blogger said he had uploaded the 2.37-minute video clip “because Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim had filed the RM100mil defamation suit against me for uploading allegedly lewd photographs.
“Watch the video and you can evaluate for yourself if the man in this video is Anwar Ibrahim or not,” he wrote in his blog.
The video shows a man, who resembles Anwar, sitting on a couch and talking in a “flirtatious” manner with another man.
There was nothing lewd in the video and the conversation centred on where they had been and what they had done.
The blogger also implied that more videos would be released.
The blogger claimed that he had met the other man, unseen in the video, and was now “protecting him” with some other friends. Papa Gomo said the man was an undergraduate.
Papa Gomo said the suit filed by Anwar provided a big opportunity for him as he had a string of people whom he could call as witnesses when the case is heard in court.
Among them are former Thai consul Datuk Shazryl Eskay Abdullah, Kulim Bandar Baharu MP Zulkifli Noordin, PKR founding member Ng Lum Yum, Datuk S. Nallakaruppan, Padang Serai MP N. Gobalakrishnan, and a senior PAS leader.
