Hishammuddin and Zahid arrive in Lahad Datu
Hishammuddin and Zahid arriving in Felda Sahabat. LAHAD DATU: Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein and Defence Minister Datuk Seri Zahid Hamidi arrived at Felda Sahabat 16, about 130 km from here, for a briefing Monday.
They arrived at 12.15pm on board a Royal Malaysia Police helicopter from the Lahad Datu Airport and immdediately proceeded to Komtek Sahabat 16, Batallion 17 of the General Operations Force (GOF), to listen to a briefing on the intrusion at Kampung Tanduo by a group of armed men.
Hishammuddin and Zahid are expected to give a joint press conference at the Media Centre at the Residental Felda Sahabat, near here. - Bernama
