GE13: Guan Eng takes oath as Penang CM for second term

Lim Guan Eng sworn in as Penang Chief Minister for the second term. GEORGE TOWN: DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng was sworn in as Penang Chief Minister for the second term on Tuesday.
Lim, who is DAP secretary-general, took the oath of office before the Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas at Seri Mutiara.
Lim's family members, including his father Kit Siang, were present, together with other Pakatan Rakyat elected representatives.
