A 32-YEAR-OLD South Korean man sliced off his penis, near a train station in Seoul, as he did not want to have children, Nanyang Siang Pau reported.

However, he could not bear the pain and sought the help of an officer at the station, who then called the ambulance.

The man has been hospitalised and his condition was stable, it reported.

He told the police he had a miserable childhood and so he decided to cut off his penis as he did not want to have any children. The police was still investigating the case.

Rumours had been going around that Cantopop star Aaron Kwok had broken off with Hong Kong-based actress and model Lynn Xiong because of Kuo.

However, Kwok said the decision to end his seven-year relationship with Xiong had nothing to do with a third party.

Due to the rumours, Kuo became notorious and more jobs were offered to her.
