11-year-old girl with bleeding genitals found dead
KLANG: An 11-year-old girl was found dead with her genitals bleeding at a car park near her home in Bukit Tinggi.
Police have detained a 24-year-old man and a 19-year-old boy from Sabah in the vicinity in connection with the case.
The body of Nur Amyliana Shuhada Mohd Noor was found in the car park along Lorong Batu Nilam 1E at about 11.30pm by a 19-year-old girl who was passing by.
Klang Selatan police chief ACP Mohamad Md Yusop said the girl alerted other members of the public and called the police.
ACP Mohamad said an examination showed that Nur Amyliana Shuhada died less than 24 hours ago and she was bleeding from the genital area.
The body was sent to the Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital for a post mortem. The victim's mother, Acha Kusain, 31, said her daughter had gone to play near the house at about 12.30pm and was expected to return by nightfall.
"We moved here from Kuantan two months ago after my husband got a transfer," she told reporters at the hospital.
Acha said her daughter was the third in a family of seven siblings and had been close to her. - Bernama
