SEOUL: A 5.4 magnitude earthquake struck the southeastern city of Pohang on Wednesday (Nov 15), and the tremors were felt as far as Seoul, hundreds of kilometres away, South Korea's Yonhap news agency reported.
The quake occurred at around 2.29pm some nine kilometres north of Pohang, the Korea Meteorological Administration said.
