LONDON (Reuters) - West Ham United boss David Moyes believes whoever steps in to replace Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger will have a tough job on his hands.

Wenger will leave Arsenal at the end of the season after nearly 22 years in charge and Moyes, who took over at Manchester United after Alex Ferguson retired in 2013, is aware of how tough it can be to follow long-standing and successful managers.
