Cricket: Rain delays Sri Lanka-South Africa Twenty20 match
HAMBANTOTA, Sri Lanka: Heavy rain delayed the scheduled 3:00pm local time (0930GMT) toss in the World Twenty20 match between Sri Lanka and South Africa at Hambantota on Saturday.
Both South Africa and Sri Lanka have already qualified for the Super Eights round after defeating Zimbabwe in their group C matches.
If rain continues and washes out the match it will be a huge disappointment for a sell-out 35,000 home crowd.- AFP
