Easy win for Amr in Detroit
A stroll: Amr Shabana won after team-mate Karim Darwish retired injured in the final. PETALING JAYA: Veteran Amr Shabana picked up his second title of the year when he emerged victorious at the Motor City Open squash championship in Detroit on Tuesday.
The 34-year-old Shabana, who won the World Series Finals earlier this month, was leading Karim Darwish 11-4, 2-6 in an all-Egyptian final when Darwish retired due to a calf injury.
