Lomong breaks Lagat's Millrose mile record
NEW YORK: Sudanese-born Lopez Lomong edged defending champion Matthew Centrowitz in a meet-record time, edging his 2012 US Olympic teammate to win the feature mile showdown at Saturday's 106th Millrose Games.
