KUALA LUMPUR: A High Court has struck out former MIC strategic director K. Ramalingam’s application for leave to initiate a judicial review proceeding against the Registrar of Societies (RoS).
On Tuesday, Justice Azizah Nawawi ordered Ramalingam to pay RM10,000 in costs to the respondents - RoS and its director-general Mohammad Razin Abdullah.
