PETALING JAYA: Four former directors of seafood exporter GP Ocean Food Sdn Bhd have been acquitted of charges of submitting misleading information to the Securities Commission (SC) in 2006.
On Thursday, Sessions Court judge Komathy Suppiah announced her decision to acquit the four as there was insufficient evidence to convict them.
