Goldis to sell entire stake in Macro Kiosk

KUALA LUMPUR: Goldis Bhd is proposing to dispose its entire equity interest, representing a 70% stake in Macro Kiosk Bhd (MKB), to three individual purchasers for RM22.4mil.

The proposed disposal is a management buyout involving the management team of MKB, the company said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia.       “In line with Goldis’ nature of business as a private equity investment company, the proposed disposal provides a timely opportunity for Goldis to realise and unlock the value of its investment in MKB Group,” the company said.
