KUALA LUMPUR: Seacera Group Bhd
plans to undertake a resort development project and a hospital in Malacca on a piece of leasehold land.
The company said on Friday its unit had inked a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Sri Alai Sdn Bhd to purchase 15.23ha of leasehold land for RM32.75mil purchase consideration.
