YTL unit buys Sin Heng Chan for RM65mil


KUALA LUMPUR: YTL Corp Bhd unit YTL Cement Singapore Pte Ltd has acquired Sin Heng Chan (Singapore) Pte Ltd for RM64.97mil.

Sin Heng Chan is involved in the business of cement terminal operations and trading in cement, YTL Corp said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday.
