AirAsia carries more passengers, load factor drops


PETALING JAYA: AirAsia Bhd’s load factor for the fourth quarter dropped by three percentage points compared with the same period last year to 78% despite recording a 2% increase in the number of passengers carried to 12.1 million.

The company said in a press release that the quarter saw a 5% increase in capacity.
