KUALA LUMPUR: Kuantan Flour Mills Bhd posted net losses of RM511,000 in the third quarter ended June 30,2019 due to higher raw material costs and production overheads.
It announced on Tuesday this was in contrast with a net profit of RM33,000 a year ago. Revenue, however, increased by 31.7% to RM15.12mil from RM11.48mil a year ago. Loss per share was 0.75 sen compared with earnings per share of 0.05 sen.
