Khee San to buy Wah Kong distribution business


KUALA LUMPUR: Confectionery maker Khee San Bhd said it will issue new shares to Wah Kong Corp Sdn Bhd at 33 sen each under a plan to acquire Wah Kong's distribution business.

If the planned acquisition goes through, Khee San told the stock exchange on Wednesday, Wah Kong will end up as a substantial shareholder in the company.
