UEM Sunrise sells Johor land for RM45mil


The deal comprises of three parcels of land, each measuring 92.7 acres, 120.7 acres and 217.7 acres, respectively, the company said in filing with Bursa Malaysia.

KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise is selling about 431 acres of freehold agricultural land in Mersing, Johor, to Lagenda Properties Bhd for RM45.1mil.

The deal comprises of three parcels of land, each measuring 92.7 acres, 120.7 acres and 217.7 acres, respectively, the company said in filing with Bursa Malaysia.
