Tropicana sees 70% take-up rate for Hana Residences


Tropicana Aman’s final villa series, Hana Residences comprises lavish bungalows and semi-detached homes overlooking the surrounding township

PETALING JAYA: Tropicana Aman, the largest 863-acre township by Tropicana Corp Bhd in Kota Kemuning, has launched Hana Residences to a healthy take-up.

In a statement yesterday, Tropicana deputy chief executive officer Joanne Lee said the group said the final signature villa series registered a take-up rate of 70%, driven by its elevated outlook and spacious design, with all signature Type A 3-storey luxury bungalows fully sold to date.

“As the final landed residential phase in Tropicana Aman, Hana Residences offers an elevated outlook as a private enclave overlooking the serene township.

“We’re so happy to see the enthusiastic response from our loyal home buyers and community, who cited Hana Residences’ high ceilings, spacious kitchens, and rear garden access to the phase’s linear park as purchasing considerations.”

Hana Residences spans 28 acres in the heart of Tropicana Aman, with a gross development value of RM403mil.

Signature villas in Hana Residences are priced from RM2.34mil.

It comprises 130 luxury units, from two and three-storey bungalows to two-storey semi-detached homes, featuring up to 7+1 bedrooms and abundant car park space for up to eight cars, as well as lakeside views and lift access across all levels for selected units.

Hana Residences is projected for completion in the third quarter of 2025.

As the final signature villa series in Tropicana Aman, the signature development leverages on the pull factors of the surrounding township. These include its 85-acre central park, which serves as a green lung with abundant recreational spaces and lakeside pavilions.
