Authentic dishes, festive gifts for a special break of fast


Lemon Garden’s Ramadan buffet features traditional Malay dishes plus classics from the Middle East, Asia and around the world.

Authentic Malaysian favourites, Asian delicacies, international cuisines and Middle Eastern classics are part of over 300 dishes in “Sajian Istimewa” Ramadan buffet at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur.

At Lemon Garden, chef Mohammad Safee and his team have skilfully assembled a lavish spread of traditional Malay dishes including Daging Rendang Tok, Ikan Singang, Udang Masak Sambal Petai, Asam Pedas, Ayam Masak Daging Salai and Kambing Panggang.

Complementing these are live cooking stalls, offering an array of lemang, ketupat and serunding as well as irresistible treats such as deep-fried cempedak, apam balik, durian cake, bubur kacang and ais batu campur.

Diners in search of festive presents can also browse through a thoughtfully selected gift collection at Lemon Garden 2Go.

Cakes, cookies, medjool dates and chocolate pralines are packed in elegant hampers or crafted gift sets priced at RM48 to RM268.

The “Sajian Istimewa” buffet dinner is available until April 9, from 7pm to 10pm.

It is priced at RM250nett per person from Mondays to Thursdays, and RM290nett per person from Fridays to Sundays. Children dine at half price.

Also available for takeaway is a selection of traditional and roast delicacies such as Kambing Panggang Berempah, Roasted Whole Chicken “Golek” Style and lemang with rendang tok.
