Wash rice until the water runs clear, then place into rice cooker with equal volume of cold water
After tempering ginger and garlic in sesame oil, season with dark and light soy sauce.
Add rehydrated mushrooms, oyster sauce and chicken stock concentrate and partially stew chicken pieces before adding over rice in rice cooker.
