The first trailer is out for Will Smith's new drama Concussion, set to hit US cinemas on Dec 25.
The film is based on the real-life research of neuropathologist Bennet Omalu, according to The Verge, who discovered the link between repeated head trauma and a neuro-degenerative disease in the brains of former NFL players Dave Duerson and Andre Waters.
