HILTON Petaling Jaya is walking down memory lane, inviting guests to savour some of the dishes made famous by its chefs over the years at Paya Serai Restaurant.

The restaurant’s team of chefs have prepared diverse Malaysian cuisine in the hotel’s “Everything Malaysian” promotion which features a Malay spread with dishes such as kerabu, Whole Leg of Lamb Gulai Kawah, Ayam Bakar Palembang, tapai pulut and roti jala with chicken curry.
