AN e-loyalty programme and Shah Alam Award will be introduced by Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) next year.

“The two initiatives, which are linked, are an integration of some of MBSA’s existing programmes and activities,” said Shah Alam mayor Datuk Zamani Ahmad Mansor, who believes the initiatives are the first of its kind by a local council in Malaysia.
