DON’T be surprised if the abalones served in restaurants in Sitiawan, Perak, are cultivated at a nearby farm in Kampung Koh.
The shellfish are from the two-year-old abalone farm run by NZ Silverdale Marine Hatchery Sdn Bhd where 500 abalones had been harvested.
