SAVE Our Strays (SOS) Penang has embarked on a Trap, Neuter and Release/Rehome programme with the hope that the Zero Stray Target can be achieved for Penang.
Its founder April Sham said the state had a lot of stray dog feeders and she appealed to them to trap the strays and contact SOS so that they could be neutered and vaccinated.
