SEREMBAN: The Negri Sembilan government has expressed regret over the move by the Undang of Johol Datuk Mohd Jan Abdul Ghani to award titles and honours.
Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan said it was unfortunate that there was a recurrence of such ceremonies when it had been made known previously that only the Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negri Sembilan and the state government could bestow awards.
