Soy sauce, tamarind paste factories in Ipoh ordered to shut

IPOH: A factory processing soy sauce and another producing tamarind paste have been ordered to be shut for two weeks by the state Health Department due to unhygienic conditions.

The team led by state Health Committee chairman Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon conducted spot checks on the two factories situated at Taman Rishah and First Garden here on Friday.
