KUALA LUMPUR: The Civil Defence Force (APM) bade farewell to its top man Datuk Selamat Dahalan in a traditional ceremony.
Selamat, who was APM deputy chief commissioner (operations), took on the role of acting chief commissioner after Datuk Ogu Salim Omar retired in September last year.
