PETALING JAYA: The visit of Prince Charles, the Prince of Wales and his wife Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, to Penang will proceed as planned despite typhoon-like conditions that have lashed the state since Saturday (Nov 4).
"The visit is still on but we will be reviewing the situation closely," said an official from the British High Commission in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.
